Fuel shortages have occurred at gas stations in Crimea. The problem was confirmed by the head of the region Sergey Aksenov.

According to Aksyonov, the reason for the disruptions was a decrease in production at Russian refineries. He stated that it would be possible to provide local gas stations with the necessary amount of AI-95 gasoline within two days. At the same time, the issue of the availability of AI-92 gasoline will be resolved only within two weeks.

"I ask Crimeans and guests of the Republic of Crimea to be patient," the head of Crimea urged.

  • Earlier it was reported that gas stations in the south of Russia are experiencing the most shortage of motor fuel. About 50% of gas stations in Crimea and Sevastopol have stopped selling gasoline. The decrease in gasoline supplies to the market was explained by planned refinery repairs, reduced fuel production and logistical problems.
