
From India to Antarctica: Yekaterinburg hosted a record number of participants of the National HR and Advertising Week

More than 4,000 representatives of HR, advertising and marketing took part in the main event of the year in the field of managing people, teams and companies - HR FORUM BIG FISH. The National HR and Advertising Week was held in Yekaterinburg from September 15th to 19th.
The opening of the National HR and Advertising Week took place at the site of the Yekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Center - MTS Live Hall, where the guests set a record for the number of strong business ties by connecting symbolic ribbons. The organizers set an absolute record for business events.
About 200 speakers took part in the forum. For two days, leading HR experts shared their experiences and presented the most relevant cases related to various professional facets: the current state and trends of the labor market, vital intelligence, digitalization of business processes, motivation and staff retention, etc. More than 1,000 HR professionals from all over Russia joined the 8-hour stream, and experts from India and Antarctica monitored the broadcast.
In parallel, master classes and presentations of practical cases were held in 9 HR areas.
More than 300 people attended the Day of Resource practices. The participants were immersed in the topic of preventing burnout among employees and leaders, introduced to techniques that can improve work efficiency and inspire the team.
20 excursions to enterprises in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region using advanced methods of working with personnel were organized for the forum participants.
The traditional MarHR hackathon took place within the framework of the forum. 21 teams of the best students from specialized areas of universities and colleges in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region participated in the development of innovative solutions.
