Developers in small towns were promised preferential loans

The Cabinet of Ministers will launch subsidizing loans for developers from small towns working under the project financing mechanism. Such plans were announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with members of the government.

- Where the volume of construction is small, additional assistance is needed for the construction of apartment buildings, which were planned to be commissioned next year. So that companies can not only complete the projects they have started, but also fulfill their obligations to people," Mishustin emphasized.

According to him, developers will be compensated with a project financing rate of up to 12%. The mechanism will apply to developers who raise funds under equity participation agreements.
