There are no grounds for holding a summit of Russia, the USA and Ukraine - Ryabkov

Moscow has made the conditions for high-level contacts very clear to Kiev. Until there is a reasonable response to these proposals, there is no reason to talk about the possibility of holding a trilateral summit with the participation of Russia, Ukraine and the United States. This opinion was voiced by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, TASS reports.

According to Ryabkov, the Russian leader had previously provided "everything that is required regarding contacts with Zelensky" in an exhaustive manner.".

"If there is no sound, sober, reasonable response to our signals, there is no reason to talk about some kind of trilateral format," he said.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin invited Zelensky to come to Moscow, considering the capital of the Russian Federation the best place for a possible meeting with the president of Ukraine. He also stressed that Zelensky and other representatives of Kiev would be guaranteed security. Zelensky rejected the proposal.
