Putin: Trade turnover between Russia and Tajikistan continues to increase

During a meeting with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the positive dynamics in the development of Russian-Tajik relations.

The Head of State stressed that economic cooperation between the two countries is showing steady growth. According to Vladimir Putin, the trade turnover between Russia and Tajikistan continues to increase, and growth is observed in key areas of development of bilateral relations.

The President also noted that the countries continue to develop mutual investments, which is an important factor in strengthening economic cooperation.
