65 billion rubles will be allocated for water management projects until 2030

By 2030, the Russian government will provide 65 billion rubles for the implementation of 90 different water management projects. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Cabinet Dmitry Patrushev during a meeting of the Board of Rosvodresursov.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, work has already started on some projects. In particular, the construction of the Krasnogorsk hydroelectric complex in the Omsk region and the Elizavetinsky reservoir in the LPR has begun, and work on flooding the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain will continue. There are also plans to build reservoirs in the Kursk region and Dagestan.
