Over the past year, 57 regions have increased their integral index, including the Chelyabinsk, Tver, Smolensk and Kaluga regions, as well as the Voronezh, Saratov, Sakhalin, Novosibirsk, Lipetsk Regions and the Altai Territory. Their dynamics are the highest. I congratulate my regional colleagues," Putin said.
