An experiment to improve the quality of public services is being launched in Russia

Starting from June 25, 2025, in Russia, as part of the socio-economic development initiative, the State for People, an experiment will be launched to improve the quality of public and municipal services, services, and the implementation of life situations. The experiment will last until the end of 2027. This is reported by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The experiment involves reducing the time required to provide services; the number of mandatory face-to-face visits when receiving services; the number of required documents; expanding the list of services provided without the personal presence of citizens; increasing the proportion of mass socially significant services in electronic form, including those provided in a proactive format.

Standards for the provision of services and implementation of life situations will be developed and approved to implement the plan.
