What is the current state of the Russian economy, has it cooled down enough? This question was asked at the SPIEF by the moderator of the strategic session "Supply Side Economics" - a growth strategy in the face of modern challenges&Andrey Makarov to the speakers.

"We have a cold snap, but the cold is always followed by summer," Finance Minister Anton Siluanov assessed the situation.

"p>em> is a way out of overheating," added Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina.

- According to the numbers, we have cooling, but all the numbers are a rearview mirror. We are on the verge of recession," said Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development.
