The deadline for payment of utilities will be postponed from the 10th to the 15th

The Law excludes the possibility, which was in force earlier, of setting a different payment term by an apartment building management agreement or by a decision of the general meeting of members of the HOA, housing cooperative or other specialized consumer cooperatives.

The date of receipt of the payment document is also being shifted. Instead of the first day of the next month, the payment will be received no later than the fifth day.

The law will come into force on March 1, 2026.
