Russia fulfilled its promises to transfer the bodies of Ukrainian servicemen - Medinsky

The Russian Federation has fulfilled the promise made in Istanbul regarding the transfer to Ukraine of the bodies of dead soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced by Medinsky, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation.

According to him, the Russian Federation has transferred 6060 bodies to Ukraine. 78 bodies of military personnel have been transferred from Ukraine to the Russian Federation.

He also said that the sides continue to exchange prisoners, and urgent medical transfers of seriously wounded soldiers from the front line have been arranged.
