Additional funds and preferential loans: Mishustin gave instructions on the development of SMEs

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin gave instructions following a meeting of the government commission on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Thus, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance have until October 1 to consider the possibility of allocating additional funds for the development of industrial, technology parks and business centers. The same ministries will have until October 1 to work out the issue of including technoparks focused on small and medium-sized businesses in the creative industries in the list of priority projects.

By September 15, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance will consider the redistribution of budget funds for the participation of the My Business centers, accompanied by veterans of their military when concluding social contracts to open their own business. By October 6, proposals will be prepared for changes in legislation that will allow individual entrepreneurs who participated in the SVO to obtain the status of a social enterprise.

The Ministry of Economic Development, together with the Central Bank, has been instructed to restart the incentive program for organizations to place securities on the stock exchange and investment platforms by subsidizing part of the costs. The deadline is July 1.
