Russians will be able to sign long-term savings agreements through Gosuslugi

It will be possible to conclude contracts under the long-term savings program through the public services portal. The relevant law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The document is published on the legal information portal.

Russians will be able to sign contracts with non-governmental pension funds (NPFs) through the public services portal starting October 1, 2025. A detailed description of the program is currently available on the website, as well as a list of participating NPFs. So far, it is possible to conclude an agreement with them only by contacting them personally or through the websites of NPFs.
