The State Duma passed a law imposing fines for selling energy drinks to children

For the illegal sale of such drinks to minors, fines for citizens will amount to 50 thousand rubles, for officials - up to 200 thousand rubles, for legal entities - up to 500 thousand rubles.

Earlier, the State Duma passed a law prohibiting the sale of energy tonic drinks to minors. It entered into force on March 1, 2025.
