According to a study conducted by Cyberanalytics&The leader in earnings growth is the manufacturing industry. In the first quarter, wages in the sphere increased by 18.4%, to 95.6 thousand rubles. The second place is occupied by the IT industry with an increase of 18%, to 147.3 thousand rubles. The third line is shared by transport and logistics, as well as construction (+17%, up to 107 and 109.5 thousand rubles, respectively).

According to their data, in the first quarter of 2025, the average salary offer on the labor market amounted to 97.5 thousand rubles. In annual terms, the indicator increased by 13%. Salary offers increased the most in finance and insurance (+19%), manufacturing and industry (+18.8%), IT (+18.6%), and services (+17.7% YoY).

The construction industry and real estate are the leaders in terms of salary offers. Specialists are offered an average of 137.3 thousand rubles per month. Next comes transport and logistics with a salary offer of 125.9 thousand rubles per month, manufacturing and industry - 107.4 thousand rubles.
