Over the past few years, the share of poor people among large families in Russia has decreased to 20%. This is reported by TASS with reference to Rosstat data.

According to statistics, 38.1% of large families were poor in 2020, 38.2% in 2021, 29.4% in 2022, 21.5% in 2023, and 20% in 2024.> According to the new May decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the poverty rate among large families should be reduced to 12% by 2030, and to 8% by 2036.
