Aeroflot has increased the ticket refund fee by 25%

Starting from April 28, 2025, Aeroflot has increased the fee for the refund or exchange of air tickets. The new tariffs affected both domestic and international flights.

Passengers will now have to pay 3,500 rubles for a refund or exchange of a ticket for domestic flights, which is 25% more than the previous fare of 2,800 rubles. For international flights, the fee increased by 20% to 55 euros instead of the previous 46 euros.

The new rules do not apply to free tickets for children under two years old unless they are provided with a separate seat.
