The holders of shares of SMZ acquired at auction managed to defend them from being withdrawn to the state revenue

The Perm Court of Appeal partially overturned the decision to recover the shares of the minority shareholders of the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant (SMZ) in favor of the state. This is reported by Interfax.

Earlier, more than 30 minority shareholders filed complaints against the decision of the court of first instance to arbitration. We are talking about shareholders who acquired shares of the company during organized trading on the stock exchange. The shares of the remaining minority shareholders were withdrawn in favor of the Russian Federation.
