The Russian Federation plans to increase the number of employees by 3.4% higher by 2030 than in 2023.

Dmitry Platygin, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, at a meeting of the General Council of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR), reported on the key indicators of the national Human Resources project. According to the draft, the number of people employed by 2030 should be 3.4% higher than in 2023, which was chosen as the base year due to the maximum employment figures recorded in it.

As part of the federal project "Labor Market Management", it is planned to reduce the average employment time for applicants to employment centers. The modernized employment centers, transformed into human resources centers &Work of Russia », should reduce this figure by at least a quarter.

The Ministry of Labor sets a goal to reach more than 81% of employed graduates by 2030.

The share of employed citizens after completing free retraining programs should be 85%, and the share of equipped workplaces for the disabled should be at least 6% of the employment quota.
