It is planned to bring self-driving cars to public roads in Russia by 2027. This was announced by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

According to the agency, the test trips of trucks without a driver were successful. However, before the deployment of unmanned vehicles on public roads, it is necessary to refine technologies and agree on rules.
