Putin made a proposal to introduce interim governance in Ukraine under the auspices of the United Nations and a number of countries to hold elections in the country.
He stressed that Russia is ready to work with any countries seeking to resolve the root causes of the Ukrainian conflict. Speaking about the peaceful settlement, Putin drew attention to the special position of Europe, which is trying to lead us by the nose. Against this background, the Russian Federation does not intend to make the same mistakes based on trust in its so-called Western partners.
