The Moscow Meshchansky Court has chosen a preventive measure for Maxim Basov, the former CEO of Rusagro Holding, who was accused of fraud and abuse of power. This is reported by TASS with reference to the court decision.
The court remanded Basov in custody for a period of two months, until May 25. The investigation petitioned for his arrest, believing that Basov could escape justice, since he has the citizenship of Grenada.
