The annual payment for working Russians with two or more children will be introduced in June 2026.

A new measure to support families with children will be launched in Russia in 2026. This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during the annual report on the work of the government in the State Duma.

According to him, the new mechanism will be operational in June next year. This will be an annual payment for working parents raising two or more children whose income is below 1.5 regional subsistence levels. The amount of the payment will be more than half of the personal income tax paid by them.

This support measure will affect 4 million families.
