By the end of 2024, 148.9 billion rubles were returned to the federal budget at all levels. This is reported by the publication "Vedomosti"/a> with reference to the annual report of the Accounting Chamber.

"As indicated in the document, the amount returned to the budget is five times higher than the level of 2023 and a record for 30 years of activity of the department. By comparison, in 2022, the joint venture provided a return to the budget of 8.9 billion rubles, in 2023 - 26.4 billion rubles.

Last year, the agency conducted about 340 events, including an audit of budget formation and control over their execution, an audit of international organizations, and an audit of procurement activities.
