Tourist areas and their "pains": where does it hurt and how to cure it?

The annual FTT-2024: Tourism Territories Forum is expected to be attended by more than 2,000 guests this year, including investors, businessmen, government representatives and foreign experts.

«The Forum of Tourist Territories reveals the main&pains» ski resorts, parks, country and city hotels, restaurants, sanatoriums. This year we have united eight industries, we will talk with industry regulators, discuss tax reform and draft new laws, show the best developments of Russian manufacturers," said Svetlana Danilina, organizer and ideologist of the FTT forum, owner of SportB2B Group, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association of Ski Complexes, Territories and Services.

The business program of the Forum is focused on professional discussions on the most pressing and relevant topics of the hospitality industry, here are just a few of them: tax reform and legislative initiatives, investment and development, development of territories and clusters, technological sovereignty and imports, education and human resource development, information technology and artificial intelligence, security, international cooperation franchises and startups, interaction with tour operators, construction and infrastructure management.

This year, the organizers of the Tourism Territories Forum will pay special attention to the digitalization of regions and present leading IT companies, startups that can provide modern digital services for automating tourist flows, demand modeling, and optimizing tourism infrastructure. "FTT-2024 aims to unite developers of artificial intelligence, TravelTech platforms and other IT solutions on its site," said Olympiada Znamenskaya, ideologist of the FTT forum, advisor to the President of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers.

In addition, a specialized exhibition will open within the framework of the forum. On an area of 5,000 sq. m. Equipment for the ski industry, sports, parks, as well as technologies for HoReCa and other segments of the hospitality and tourism industry will be presented here.

The business program will be exclusively practical, substantive in nature. It will be complemented by business tours to Elbrus and Arkhyz. These resorts are actively developing and have already become anchors for the Greater Caucasus. Such formats are useful not only from the point of view of sharing the experience of participants in the hospitality industry, but also in demand among investors who have a detailed idea of what economic effects can be expected from investments in tourist areas.

The Forum has the status of an international one, every year it is attended by specialists of the hospitality industry from abroad. The wide international geography allows participants to study foreign cases in the field of management and development of tourist facilities and establish new business contacts for the exchange of tourists.
