Legend Company to Launch 1 Billion Ruble Bond Issue on October 22

Legend Company will begin accepting applications for its bond issue worth 1 billion rubles on October 22, 2026. The technical placement of the securities on the stock exchange is scheduled for October 27, 2026.

The planned issue volume is 1 billion rubles, with each bond having a nominal value of 1,000 rubles. The coupon period is set at 30 days, and the bonds will have a circulation period of 2 years.

The benchmark rate for the first coupon is expected to be no higher than 21.50% per annum, corresponding to a yield to maturity of no more than 23.75% per annum.

The placement organizers are Sovcombank and Tsifra Broker, with Sovcombank acting as the placement agent.
