Over 79% of voting protocols processed in Russian State Duma elections, preliminary results released

The Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) has released preliminary results after processing 79.08% of the protocols from the State Duma elections.

Leading the race remains the United Russia party with 57.69% of the votes. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) follows with 13.96%, the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) with 8.75%, and New People with 7.97%.

Fair Russia has dropped below the five-percent threshold, currently holding 4.98% of the votes.
