Putin Transfers Former Leroy Merlin Shares to Temporary Management

### Russian Retailer Formerly Known as Leroy Merlin Transferred to Local Management Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree transferring the shares of LLC "Le Monlid" — the former Russian subsidiary of French home improvement retailer Leroy Merlin — to temporary management by Russian company "L.E.V. Management". The decree was published on the official legal information portal. The move pertains to the Russian operations of Leroy Merlin, which French group Adeo began transferring to local management in March 2023. As part of the transaction, 99.993% of the shares in the Russian legal entity were transferred from Adeo to the UAE-registered holding company Scenari Holding LP. In 2024, the Russian network formerly known as Leroy Merlin announced a rebranding, changing its name to "Lemana PRO". According to the decree, the shares of LLC "Le Monlid" are now under the temporary management of JSC "L.E.V. Management".
