The Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Education and Science have been directed to prepare a list of industry associations and organizations that will be involved in designing an expanded group of specialties and training programs in "Hospitality, Service, and Provision of Services."

The Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Enlightenment will work on updating the Federal State Educational Standards for higher and secondary vocational education in the tourism sector.

The Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Economic Development will develop a professional standard for "Specialist in Development, Promotion, and Realization of Tourist Products."
