Oil prices surged on September 10, according to data from the London-based ICE exchange and the New York Mercantile Exchange.
The November futures contract for Brent crude oil rose by 4.44%, reaching $105.7 per barrel, the highest level since May 21.
Meanwhile, the October futures contract for WTI crude oil increased by 4.48%, reaching $100.35 per barrel.
