### Agricultural Trade Between Russia and Turkey Surges Nearly 30% in First Seven Months of 2026 Trade in agricultural products between Russia and Turkey increased by almost 30% year-on-year from January to July 2026, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Minpromtorg). Russian exports during this period grew by over 40% compared to the same period last year. The main exports to Turkey include grains and oilseeds. Imports of Turkish agricultural products into Russia increased by more than 10%, primarily driven by shipments of peaches, cherries, plums, apricots, and citrus fruits. The Ministry of Agriculture highlighted the broad potential for further growth in trade and expressed readiness to increase exports of Russian agricultural products to the Turkish market.
