Russia does not rule out returning to a trilateral negotiation format to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov noted that Moscow continues to highly value U.S. efforts aimed at achieving peace. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin personally expressed gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump for his efforts to help end the conflict.
However, Peskov did not disclose the content of the proposals presented by American representatives to the Russian president during their contacts, nor did he clarify how much they differed from the so-called "Anchorage formula" (a reference to a previous diplomatic initiative).
The Kremlin also stated that it currently has no information about the results of negotiations between American representatives and the Ukrainian side.
