Multimedia Information Center Izvestia (part of National Media Group) has become the owner of Komsomolskaya Pravda Publishing House. The acquisition of the controlling stake was announced by the NMG press service.

The press service did not disclose the amount of the transaction.

In addition to MIC Izvestia, National Media Group includes CTC, Domashniy, Che, CTC Love, CTC Kids TV channels, a stake in Channel One (First Channel), Sport-Express newspaper, NMG Cinema Distribution company, a share in the Wink online cinema, and other services.
