The next year could be declared a moratorium year on business inspections for companies affected by attacks from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This initiative was proposed by Russian General Prosecutor Alexander Guttsan at the Eastern Economic Forum.
"I am confident that an effective tool would be to declare a moratorium for 2027 on conducting relevant inspections by the authorities empowered to do so, including prosecutorial bodies," Guttsan was quoted as saying by Interfax.
He believes that businesses should be granted a deferment on mandatory payments and tax reporting, as well as a grace period for repaying borrowed funds without harming their credit history.
