Russian President Vladimir Putin has emphasized the need to prepare measures in advance for the reintegration of military personnel into civilian life following the conclusion of the special military operation (SVO).
According to the head of state, one of the key tasks will be assisting returning soldiers with employment. Putin noted that a significant number of military personnel will return home after the end of hostilities and will need opportunities to realize themselves in civilian life.
"Many people will return, they need to be employed, and they will come with healthy ambitions. This is serious work that needs to be prepared in advance," the president said.
Putin stressed that issues of professional adaptation and future employment of military personnel must be thought out in advance, without delaying the preparation of relevant mechanisms until the end of the SVO.
