### Russian and Ukrainian Soldiers Exchanged in 103-for-103 Swap A total of 103 Russian soldiers have been released and returned from Ukrainian captivity in a prisoner exchange conducted under the formula "103 for 103," with 103 Ukrainian soldiers also being transferred to the Ukrainian side. Upon their release, the Russian soldiers were transported to Belarus, where they are currently receiving necessary support. Human rights commissioner Yana Lantratova is working with them. Initially, the soldiers will receive psychological and medical assistance. Following this, they will be transported to Russia, where they will undergo further medical examinations and rehabilitation in Ministry of Defense medical facilities. The United Arab Emirates acted as a humanitarian mediator in facilitating the exchange.
