### Russian Wheat Export Tariff to Increase by 2.2 Times from August 19, 2026 Starting from August 19, 2026, the export tariff on Russian wheat will increase by 2.2 times, rising from 326.6 rubles to 721.1 rubles per ton, according to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture (Minskhoz). Additionally, the tariff on corn exports will increase from 105 rubles to 284 rubles per ton. The export tariff on barley will remain at zero. These rates will be in effect until August 25, 2026.
