Businessman Dmitry Mizgir, previously detained in connection with a criminal case involving the supply of substandard canned goods to the Russian Ministry of Defense, has been transferred from Belarus to Russia for investigative actions, according to Russian law enforcement sources cited by TASS.

Mizgir has been charged under the article "Grand fraud."

  • The entrepreneur, who was on the federal wanted list, was arrested by the 235th Garrison Military Court in July 2026. He was later detained by officers of the State Security Committee (KGB) of Belarus.
