Russia to raise wheat export duty to 326.6 rubles per ton from August 12

Russia is increasing its export duty on wheat, according to a statement from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

From August 12 to 18, the export duty on Russian wheat will amount to 326.6 rubles per ton (currently 5.7 rubles per ton).

The export duty on barley will remain at zero, while the duty on corn exports will decrease to 105 rubles per ton.

Export duties are calculated weekly based on indicators derived from export contract prices on the Moscow Exchange: $230 per ton for wheat, $190.9 per ton for barley, and $224.5 per ton for corn.
