Trump Vows to Use Force to Keep Strait of Hormuz Open

The Strait of Hormuz will soon be open for navigation, U.S. President Donald Trump announced in an interview with Fox News.

"The Strait will be open very soon, otherwise they (Iran) will receive a serious blow, and then the Strait will be open," the White House leader stated.

Trump noted that the U.S. is conducting "very good negotiations" with the Iranian side, but Iran does not acknowledge this. The president described this approach in negotiations as "a little discouraging."
