Russian Railways (RZD) to Launch Bond Offering of at Least 15 Billion Rubles on August 6

RZD plans to conduct a bond offering of at least 15 billion rubles on August 6, 2023, from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time. The bonds are part of series 001P-54R and will be listed on the stock exchange on August 13, 2026.

The nominal value of each bond is 1,000 rubles, with a planned ten-year circulation period. An offer is scheduled after 3 years and 3 months, and the coupon period is 31 days. The coupon rate is expected to be set at RUONIAc + a spread of no more than 190 basis points.

These bonds will be available exclusively to qualified investors.

Organizers of the offering include Alfa-Bank, VTB Capital Trading, Gazprombank, Sinara Investment Bank, Sber CIB, and Sovcombank. Gazprombank will act as the placement agent.
