Asian stock markets, which include several major exchanges, showed mixed performance on Wednesday.

Key indices in the Asia-Pacific region are as follows:

- Nikkei 225 +3%;

- Hang Seng +0.3%;

- ASX 200 +1%;

- Nifty 50 -0.5%.

Trading sessions on Asian exchanges open at 3:00 am and close no later than 1:00 pm Moscow time.

The largest exchanges in the Asian region by trading volume are:

1. Shanghai Stock Exchange (China) - $7.4 trillion.

2. Japan Exchange Group (Japan) - $6 trillion.

3. Shenzhen Stock Exchange (China) - $5.3 trillion.

4. Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Hong Kong, China) - $5 trillion.

5. National Stock Exchange of India (India) - $3.5 trillion.
