EkonomLeasing Issues 100 Million Rubles in Bonds

Issuer EkonomLeasing has successfully placed exchange-traded bonds of series 002P-03 with a total value of 100 million rubles at par value.

The issuer sold 100,000 bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The bonds have a circulation period of 4 years, with an optional repurchase offer after 2 years.

The coupon period is 91 days.

The coupon rate up to the optional repurchase offer is set at 21.00% per annum, based on the results of the order book collection.

The initial guidance for the first coupon rate was set at no higher than 21.00% per annum.
