RSHB to Hold Bond Subscription for 3 Billion Rubles on August 7

RSHB (Russian Agricultural Bank) will conduct a bond subscription on August 7, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Moscow time for its exchange-traded bonds series BO-08-002P.

Technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for August 13, 2026.

The planned issue volume is 3 billion rubles.

Each bond will have a face value of 1,000 rubles.

The bonds will have a circulation period of 2 years, with a coupon period of 31 days.

RSHB will act as the placement agent.
