GAZPROMBANK PJSC will begin placement of additional bond issue worth RUB 5 billion on July 30
On July 30, the issuer will start the placement of an additional issue No. 8 of exchange-traded bonds (Russian equivalent of corporate bonds) series 006P-05P.
The bank plans to sell 5 million bonds with a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each through an open subscription.
The placement price is set at 56.00% of the nominal value, which equals RUB 560 per bond.
The main issue with a total nominal value of RUB 2 billion was placed in March 2026 for RUB 1,668,206,000 at nominal value with maturity in 2031. Between April 21 and 29, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 1 for RUB 4,859,064,000 at nominal value out of the planned placement volume of RUB 10 billion at nominal value. Between May 5 and 15, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 2 for RUB 2,703,017,000 at nominal value out of the planned placement volume of RUB 5 billion at nominal value. Between May 21 and 29, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 3 for RUB 3,576,134,000 at nominal value out of the planned placement volume of RUB 5 billion at nominal value. Between June 4 and 11, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 4 for RUB 5 billion at nominal value. Between June 17 and 26, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 5 for RUB 3,930,247,000 at nominal value out of the planned placement volume of RUB 5 billion at nominal value. Between July 1 and 10, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 6 for RUB 3,546,161,000 at nominal value out of the planned placement volume of RUB 5 billion at nominal value. Between July 15 and 24, 2026, the issuer placed additional issue No. 7 for RUB 2,310,999,000 at nominal value out of the planned placement volume of RUB 5 billion at nominal value.
