Brent crude oil prices dipped below $87 per barrel during trading on July 28, according to data from the London-based ICE exchange. This is the first time the price has fallen this low since July 20, 2026.
During the session, the September futures contract for Brent crude dropped by 2.22%, reaching $86.4 per barrel.
Meanwhile, the August futures contract for WTI crude oil lost 9.34%, falling to $80.97 per barrel.
