Delimobil to Hold Bond Subscription on July 15

Public Joint Stock Company Delimobil plans to conduct a bond subscription for exchange-traded bonds (series 001P-09) on July 15, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Moscow time.

The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for July 17, 2026.

The planned placement volume is 1 billion rubles. The nominal value of each security is 1,000 rubles.

The coupon period is 30 days, and the bonds will be in circulation for 3.5 years.

The reference rate for the first coupon is set at no more than 22.00% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of no more than 24.36% per annum.

Organizers of the placement include Alfa Bank, Gazprombank, Sinara Investment Bank, Sovcombank, T-Bank, and Tsifra Broker. The placement agent is Sovcombank.
