MICEX falls by 2.7% on Tuesday trading session, hovering at 2,140 base points.
Below is the trading dynamics of the most liquid stocks:
- VTB: -3.4%
- Sberbank: -2%
- Rosneft: -2%
- Gazprom: -2.5%
The MICEX Index is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is based on the free-float market capitalization of highly liquid stocks of large and dynamically growing Russian companies.
The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated based on prices weighted by free-float market capitalization, taking into account the most liquid shares of Russian companies.
It is worth noting that the index composition and weight are reviewed quarterly.
