Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexander Novak has instructed relevant ministries and agencies to prepare a comprehensive analysis of the situation regarding fuel pricing. The decision was made following a meeting dedicated to the current state of the fuel market.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Energy (Minenergo), Ministry of Finance (Minfin), Ministry of Transport (Mintrans), the St. Pyotrsburg Exchange, and major industry companies. The main focus was on ensuring a sustainable balance between fuel supply and demand during the summer consumption peak.

During the discussion, it was noted that the domestic fuel market is under constant supervision by the relevant government bodies. Measures are being taken to maintain stable fuel supplies, prevent possible disruptions, and ensure a balanced market environment.

According to Novak, the top priority remains reliable provision of gasoline and diesel to consumers, timely logistics of deliveries, and continuous monitoring of price dynamics. He emphasized that the state must respond promptly to any changes in market conditions to prevent price distortions.

The analysis of pricing mechanisms and the current market situation will be presented at the next meeting of the specialized task force, where further steps to ensure fuel sector stability will be discussed.
