Gazprombank Issues Additional Bond Series Worth 5 Billion Rubles
Gazprombank has successfully issued an additional series (No. 4) of exchange-traded bonds (Series 006P-05P) worth 5 billion rubles at face value.
Between June 4 and June 11, 2026, the bank sold 5 million bonds, each with a face value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription. The bonds were issued at a price of 55.50% of their face value, equivalent to 555 rubles per bond.
The main issue, with a total nominal volume of 2 billion rubles, was placed in March 2026 for 1 billion 668.206 million rubles at face value, with a maturity date in 2031. From April 21 to April 29, 2026, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 1 for 4 billion 859.064 million rubles at face value, out of a planned placement volume of 10 billion rubles at face value. From May 5 to May 15, 2026, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 2 for 2 billion 703.017 million rubles at face value, out of a planned placement volume of 5 billion rubles at face value. From May 21 to May 29, 2026, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 3 for 3 billion 576.134 million rubles at face value, out of a planned placement volume of 5 billion rubles at face value.
